A plot hole is, specifically, an inconsistency in the writing that causes that the story to logically not function.
It is not…I don’t even know where to begin with this. Like-I’ve seen claims that minor hiccups in writing are plot holes to outright contradicting what the show has said/established.
Just-stop throwing around the term like it’s going out of style.
I’ve seen people calling loose ends being tied up “plot holes” and “retcons” because they went a long time without being explained, people are really fucking stupid.
